Burr Walnut Ottoman Stool c.1890

Late 19th.c. burr walnut ottoman or duet stool c.1890. Buttoned black leather seat pad to the lid, opening to reveal useful storage inside. Burr walnut veneered front sides and rear with a blind fretwork frieze running around the top edge. Raised on carved feet with white pot castors below. Water marks to the lining fabric inside, otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
