Welsh Oak Dresser Base c.1810

Early 19th.c. oak North Wales cupboard dresser base c.1810. Solid oak top made from two boards (note the 14" deep front board). Three drawers over a central bank of three working drawers (rather than the dummy drawer fronts often used) flanked with good sized cupboards to either side (internal depth 16½"). Flat door panels with moulded surrounds, inlaid ebony escutcheons and shaped bracket feet at the front and sides. Decorative later 19th.c. brass handles. Oak panelled sides and back. Original oak floor boards. Excellent condition and particularly good colour. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
