Small Welsh Oak Cwpwrdd Tridarn c.1760

18th.c. North Wales cwpwrdd tridarn or three piece cupboard c.1760. One of the smallest we have come across, just 52" wide. Canopy top display section with good turned columns to the front and slatted sides. Middle section with a central bank of three small drawers (quite an unusual feature) flanked with cupboards to each side (internal depth 13½") and with lovely original turned droppers in line with the columns above. Over a deeper two door cupboard base (internal depth 18½"). Ogee moulded cornice, raised and fielded door and drawer fronts with brass knobs and escutcheons. Oak panelled sides and rear, oak floor boards. Excellent colour and condition. Restored, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
