Small Welsh Dresser & Rack c.1800

Unusually small Welsh dresser and rack, South Wales c.1800. Just 57" wide at the cornice and 62" tall. Pine plate rack with three shelves, each with a plate groove and raised front lip. Original hand forged iron hooks to the front of the top two shelves. Oak base with a single piece top (height 31") over three drawers with brass handles with Georgian pattern pierced backplates. Raised on good turned column legs over an open potboard display shelf. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
