Small French Cherrywood Farmhouse Dining Table with Extending Leaves c.1850

Charming little mid 19th.c. French farmhouse dining table in cherry wood c.1850. A little smaller that most with 53" x 32" top made from four cherry boards with cleated ends, to comfortably seat six people. 26½" leaves in cherry and chestnut pulling out from each end to make a total length of 106". Very attractive base with a shaped apron to all four sides and tapering cabriole shaped legs with turned feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
