Set of Six Oak Dining Chairs by Heals c.1950

Stylish set of six mid-century oak dining chairs by Heals of London c.1950. Clean modernist inspired design in traditional materials, typical of the Heals style of the period. Low ladder backs with and slight slope and gently curving top rail and rungs. Over loose seat pads upholstered in a dusky pink chenille. Simple moulded detail to the frame around the seat and raised on square legs joined with an H stretcher. Original Heal's badges to the underside of the frame on each chair. Excellent original condition.
