Good sized framed painting of a woman playing cards in oil on canvas c.1950. Three quarter length portrait of a woman in a pale green blue silk gown playing solitaire sat in an extraordinary opulent interior of oriental lacquered furniture. Presented in the original carved dark gilded frame. Some minor damage to the paint surface at the bottom of the canvas. French framer's label to the rear.
