Metamorphic Oak Library Steps and Side Chair c.1880.
Ingenious late 19th.c. metamorphic library steps and side chair c.1880. In solid oak with an arch top backrest with a moulded roundel at the centre between chamfered stiles. Backrest and seat fold over to make a useful set of library steps, the top step is 33″ from the floor. Excellent condition, restored cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
