Pair of Maple Bedside Cabinets with Painted Decoration c.1890

Neat little pair of marble top bedside cabinets in maple with original painted decoration. White marble tops set within a moulded edge over a single drawer and left hand opening cupboard to both cabinets. Birdseye maple veneered exterior with lovely hand painted decoration featuring colourful birds and flowers across the front and sides. On square stiles with chamfered edges, joined with a low stretcher shelf and raised on turned feet front and rear. With a repaired crack across the corner of one of the marble tops. Otherwise very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
