Mahogany Wardrobe or Linen Press c.1860

Superb quality mid 19th.c. mahogany wardrobe or linen press c.1860. Two door cupboard top fitted inside with a brass hanging rail to the left hand side (internal depth 20", height below the rail 39") and five sliding shelves to the right. On a separate base with two short drawers and three long drawers of graduated height with turned mahogany knobs. Slim moulded cornice, particularly well figured flame mahogany door panels and drawer fronts. Raised on the original tuned mahogany bun feet. Oak lined slides and drawers. Solid mahogany sides. Original locks, latches and hinges. Stamped with a six digit serial number on the underside of one of the drawers. Excellent colour and condition. Restored, polished and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
Spits into two sections plus the cornice for delivery.
