Portrait of a Lady c.1900

Beautiful gilt framed portrait of a lady in oil on canvas c.1900. Head and shoulders length portrait of a young woman with dark hair and eyes. Wearing a red rose in her hair, fine pearl earrings and necklace and a large lace collar. Very nicely painted in oils on an oval canvas. Presented within a broad oval frame with original gilding rubbed through to reveal the red ground below. Very good condition.
