Pair of Walnut Armchairs c.1930

Pair of early 20th.c walnut armchairs c.1930. Shapely walnut frames with carved and gilded detail and painted grain. Low padded back and arms with swept fronts allowing the chairs to the drawn up close to a desk or table, over sprung seats. Cabriole front legs with carved and gilded detail to the knees and scrolling acanthus feet. Good condition with some wear to the finish, clean and serviceable upholstery.
