Mid century teak sideboard by A.H. McIntosh of Kirkcaldy, Scotland c.1960. ‘Dunvegan’ sideboard, designed by Tom Robertson for McIntosh. Featuring three drawers of graduated height to the left side (the top one fitted for cutlery), with a double width central cabinet featuring a cutaway shelf for taller items (bottles perhaps). The right hand side is a drop down drinks cabinet complete with small melamine slide in the top. Stylish fin shaped handles, typical of Robertson's work, and overhanging the legs at either end. Good condition, retaining the original height-adjustable chrome feet and maker's badge. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
