Small Art Deco Side Cabinet c.1930

Stylish little Art Deco cabinet or sideboard c.1930. Just 48" wide. Walnut veneered top with a stepped edge over a two door cupboard fitted inside with two adjustable shelves (depth 16"). Decorative front featuring squares of highly figured burr elm veneer laid in a symmetrical pattern across the doors, with stylised Art Deco carving and original white metal handles and hinges. Walnut veneered inner face on the doors and on the cabinet ends. Stepped edge around the base (mirroring the top) and raised on the original bun feet with unusual fluted collars. Some old surface wear, generally very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
