Set of Four Regency Rosewood Dining Chairs c.1830

Good quality set of four Regency rosewood dining chairs c.1830. Solid rosewood frames with broad curving backrests between gracefully shaped rear stiles with lovely carved detail to the tops and with finely carved stretchers below, also curved. Loose seat pads recently upholstered in a gold woven damask. Raised on crisply turned and tapering front legs with segmented carved detail. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops with clean and serviceable covers.
