Revolving Office Desk Chair c.1905

Splendid Edwardian oak office desk chair c.1905. Oak frame with attractive carved acanthus detail to the backrest and shaped arms with scrolling terminals. Tan leather upholstery to the back, sides and seat, with copper studs. Revolves, reclines and is height adjustable on a quality metal mechanism and shaped oak legs with metal castors below. Original brass presentation plaque to the backrest to the Rev. J.F Holdsworth from the members of the Islington Wesleyan Adult Bible Class of Birmingham, dated 1905. With a sturdy repair to the backrest, otherwise very good condition. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
