Pair of Carved Oak & Marble Top Bedside Tables c.1920

Pair of carved oak and marble top bedside tables c.1920. Rouge griotte marble tops with projecting lobed corners set within a moulded edge. Over a single drawer and an open shelf in white marble to both. With a second open marble shelf to one whilst the other has a small cupboard in the base with a left hand opening door. Shapely tapering form with carved detail to the apron, drawer fronts and tops of the cabriole stiles front and rear. Further carving to the door panel and around the bottom edge and with scroll detail to the feet. Ideal as bedsides or as lamp tables either side of a sofa perhaps. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
