Oak Hall Stand c.1860

Mid 19th.c. oak hall stand c.1860. Six gilded brass double hooks arranged on an oak frame with three mirror glass panels over a highly figured grey marble table top and open shelf. Flanked on both sides with stands for sticks and umbrellas with removable metal drip trays in the base. Shaped pediment top with a deep moulded cornice and carved detail. Further carved detail at the centre and chamfered edges to the frame. Scrolling corbels to the sides, turned detail to the stick stays repeated on the front legs.
