Georgian Mahogany Chest on Chest c.1800

George III mahogany chest on chest c.1800. In two sections with two short drawers over six long drawers of graduated height. Slim crisply moulded cornice with a dentil frieze. Mahogany veneered drawer fronts with cockbeaded edges and retaining the original brass swan neck handles. Ogee mouldings to the waist and base. Raised on tall bracket feet front and rear. Superior quality with solid mahogany sides and oak drawer linings. Good original colour with some minor wear. Excellent condition, restored cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
