Large Black & Gold Painted Mirror c.1890
Impressively large late 19th.c overmantle mirror or pier glass c.1890. 36" x 66" mirror plate in a wooden frame with decorative applied plasterwork painted in gold against a black ground. With a fine pair of lion's masks at the top corners and harebell garlands. Excellent condition, fitted with a new mirror plate. Some wear and repairs to the plasterwork.
