Georgian Oak Chest of Drawers c.1780

George III oak chest of drawers c.1780. Useful small size, just 33" wide. Solid oak top with an applied edge moulding. Over four drawers of graduated height with cockbeaded edges and brass handles with a pressed design of a lion at the centre. Moulded trim around the base and raised on tall bracket feet front and rear. Solid oak sides, oak panelled back and oak drawer linings. Excellent condition with some previous repairs and restorations. Particularly good colour, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
