Art Nouveau Desk Chair with Original Leather c.1900

Unusual little Art Nouveau desk chair with original leather upholstery c.1900. Mahogany frame with a low curved backrest over shaped and pierced backsplat and supports and raised on slim cabriole legs. Very unusually the chair retains the original leather to the backrest (front and rear) and the seat featuring a beautiful embossed and painted pattern of water lily or lotus flowers. Excellent original condition, simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
