Leather Top Carved Oak Bench c.1900

Superb quality early 20th.c. carved oak and leather top bench or window seat c.1900. 50" x 12" seat, slightly bowed along the front edge, padded and retaining the original tan leather upholstery with lovely quality brass studs and a scalloped edge to each side. Raised on 2" thick solid oak ends, shaped and carved with scrolling acanthus to both sides and joined with a carved and pierced stretcher. Some old wear and repairs to the leather, generally excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
