Queen Anne Style Walnut Bookcase c.1920

Early 20th.c. Queen Anne style walnut bookcase or display cabinet c.1920. Two long glazed doors, fitted inside with five shelves (depth 11") which can positioned as required by sliding them into the grooves on the sides. Moulded triple arched cornice with a burr walnut veneered centre. Over double arch top doors with walnut crossbanded glazing bars and surround. Moulded plinth with shaped apron to the front and sides, raised on short cabriole legs with carved scallop detail to the knees and round pad feet. Solid walnut sides and oak back panels. Some small repairs to the veneers on the front of the plinth, otherwise excellent colour and condition. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
