Small Marble Top Open Bookcase c.1950

Smart little marble top open bookcase c.1950. Grey marble top with a serpentine shaped and moulded edge. Over an open case, also serpentine fronted, with two adjustable shelves (minimum depth 7½"). Symmetrically arranged tulipwood veneers, bombe shaped sides at the front, brass mounts to the shoulders and centre of the apron. Short shaped legs with further brass mounts to the front feet. Oak lined interior and back panel. Some repairs to the veneers, otherwise very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
