Oak & Mahogany Crossbanded Open Welsh Dresser Base c.1800

Lovely George III oak and mahogany crossbanded dresser base, Welsh borders c.1800. Two plank top with a mahogany crossbanded border and applied edge moulding. Over three drawers also crossbanded and with cockbeaded edges and large Georgian pattern brass handles. Straight apron to the front and sides but raised on splendid shapely cabriole front legs with large pad feet. Solid oak sides and sturdy square rear stiles. Very good colour and condition, restored cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
