Walnut Pedestal Desk c.1870

Good sized mid 19th.c. walnut pedestal desk c.1870. 51" x 30" top with the original green tooled leather work surface and a thumb moulded edge over three drawers. Raised on twin pedestals, each with three drawers of graduated height, either side of the kneehole (width 20", height 23"). Well figured walnut veneers across the piece (including the rear), original turned drawer knobs and oak drawer linings. Raised on moulded plinths with castors below. Excellent condition and lovely original colour. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
