Small William IV Mahogany Chiffonier Side Cabinet c.1840

Neat little William IV mahogany chiffonier side cabinet c.1840. Just 36" wide. Particularly well figured flame mahogany veneered top with rounded corners and a crossbanded edge. Over a single slim drawer and a two door cupboard fitted with two shelves inside (internal depth 14"). Arched door panels within raised mouldings and topped with lovely carved detail. Raised on a moulded and crossbanded plinth. Solid mahogany sides and oak drawer linings. A couple of small patch repairs to the top and some replacement crossbanding on the plinth. Otherwise excellent colour and condition. Restored cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Original locks and keys to the drawer and cupboard.
