Small Georgian Folding Writing Table c.1800

Sweet little George III mahogany folding writing table c.1800. Beautifully veneered top with oval medallions with boxwood and ebony strung inlays and inlaid and crossbanded edges. Fold open the top to reveal a tooled leather desk top (35½" x 18"), the leaves resting on little loafers which slide out from each side. Single oak lined drawer in the front with an inlaid edge which is repeated on each side of the desk. Raised on slim tapering legs with inlaid collars and quality brass castors. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied for the drawer.
