Pair of Regency Style Console Tables

Unusual 20th.c. Regency style console tables c.1960. Shallow tops, just 14½" front to back, with an applied surface with decorated border and unusual crackle finish. Rounded ends and a moulded and gilded edge with carved detail to the underside. Over a decorative apron and turned and fluted legs in green with gold painted detail. Unusual pierced stretchers with bead moulded edges and a carved flower head at the centre. Good condition with some wear to the tops.
