Large Persian Carpet

Large Persian carpet, over 11 feet long. Finely knotted with a soft pile. Featuring a dense traditional garden pattern in rich reds and blues with scores of flowers and plant motifs symmetrically arranged around a central medallion. Within a broad border with multiple bands of decoration. Short fringe at each end. Minor wear to the very edge of one long side. Otherwise excellent condition with good strong even colour.
