Large Extending Mahogany Dining Table c.1860

Impressive mid 19th.c. mahogany extending dining table by Pratt & Prince of Bradford Yorkshire c.1860. The top extending on a corkscrew mechanism and telescopic frame from a comfortable six seater table (length 59") to a maximum length of 128", with four additional leaves to seat 10 - 14 people. Solid mahogany top with a moulded edge and rounded corners. Good turned and segmented tulip legs with the original brass collared castors. Paper maker's label to the frame. Some old marks to the top, generally very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Winding handle supplied.
