Large Empire Style Brass Mounted Walnut Bookcase c.1930.

Tall and impressive Empire style walnut bookcase c.1930. Two long doors with open brass grill upper panels and blind panels below. Fitted inside with four adjustable shelves (internal depth 12"). Raised triangular pediment and moulded cornice. Extensive large Empire style brass mounts across the front featuring a Classical winged mask, laurel wreath and anthemion motifs. Slim moulded plinth and moulded feet also brass mounted. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops, key supplied.
Note this bookcase can be disassembled for delivery. The pediment could be easily removed if preferred.
