Georgian Mahogany Sideboard c.1800

Handsome George III mahogany bow front sideboard c.1800. Well figured top with inlaid ebony stringing and a crossbanded edge. Over two long drawers in the bow front centre, flanked by a large bottle drawer to the right and and a cupboard to the left. Symmetrically arranged flame mahogany veneers across the front with very attractive inlaid ebony decoration, strung edges and diamond shaped escutcheons. Raised on crisply turned and tapering legs front and rear. Obvious old marks to the top, period replacement handles and some minor repairs to the crossbanding. Otherwise very good condition with particularly good colour. Cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
