Four Small Rush Seat Dining Chairs

Charming set of four small rush seated dining chairs. Beechwood frames with unusual shaped top rails over cherrywood splats carved and pierced with a design featuring a shield topped with a coronet and surrounded with laurel or olive sprigs. Woven rush seats (height 17") raised on square tapering legs with turned stretchers to the sides and rear and a diamond shaped stretcher with turned centre at the front. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
