Spelter Figure 'Vici' c.1920.
An early 20th century patinated spelter figure entitled 'VICI' c.1920, after Auguste Moreau (1834-1917). Cast as a young winged putto or cherub, wearing a laurel wreath and holding a bow in his hands, with excellent bronze patinated finish. Raised on a tapering square marble plinth with applied plaque marked VICI Par Aug. Moreau, Mlle d'Or. Excellent original condition.
