Brass Standard Lamp & Wine Table c.1890

Superb late 19th.c. brass standard lamp and wine table c.1890. Adapted from an oil lamp with a single bulb on a column with turned and reeded detail. Over a 14″ diameter wine table in pale marble with a raised edge in brass with moulded and pierced detail below. The column is raised on tripod legs cast with elaborate detail featuring scrolling acanthus leaves, dolphins and floral garlands. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished, rewired and PAT tested.
