Brass Mounted & Marquetry Inlaid Pier Cabinet c.1910

Very smart early 20th.c. brass mounted and marquetry inlaid pier cabinet c.1910. Useful narrow dimensions, just 30" wide. Well figured rouge griotte marble top set within a brass moulding over a single door cabinet fitted with two shelves inside (internal depth 10"). Rosewood veneered exterior (on hardwood groundwork) with fine marquetry inlay to the frieze and door panel. Flanked with turned and fluted rosewood columns with brass mounts top and bottom and within the flutes. Brass mouldings and inlaid stringing to the front, sides and plinth. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
