Brass Inlaid Envelope Games Table c.1900

Fine quality brass inlaid envelope card table c.1900. Square top divided into four triangular sections (like the back of an envelope). Well figured mahogany veneer with brass inlay and brass mouldings to the edges. Turn and fold open the top to make a 32" square games table for four with a green baize playing surface and brass guinea scoops. With a single drawer to one side below the table with brass mouldings repeated on all four sides. Raised on slim tapering legs with brass inlaid fluted and brass mounts to the top and feet. Very good condition with some repairs to the brass mouldings and a couple of small patches to the baize. Restored, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Drawer key supplied.
