Art Nouveau Side Table c.1900

Very useful little Art Nouveau walnut side table or book trough c.1900. Designed to stand beside a chair. 21" x 9" tray with flared and raised sides. Beautifully carved and shaped ends (cut from single walnut boards rather than jointed at the legs) with Art Nouveau foliage detail, sinuous legs and splayed feet. Joined with a second low shelf, also with raised sides. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
