Adjustable Floor Lamp & Shade c.1900

Adjustable brass and mahogany floor lamp c.1900. Converted from an oil lamp with a single bulb over the original lamp fitting and reservoir. Height adjustable from 70" - 90" on a telescopic column with the original locking mechanism. Three tier table base with 12½" square mahogany tops with moulded edges supported on turned brass columns and flared feet. Sold together with a large (30" diameter, height 22") hexagonal silk shade embroidered on three sides with Chinese style figures. Excellent condition, cleaned rewired and PAT tested.
