Gilt Frame Wall Mirror c.1890

Handsome late 19th.c. gilded pier glass or wall mirror c.1890. 27½" x 44" mirror plate with a bevelled edge within a gilded wood and gesso frame. With a lovely ribbon and flower garland frieze at the top and decorative mouldings. Original gilded finish a little worn and rubbed through in places. With a few very small spots of tarnish to the mirror. Otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
