Long Art Deco Sideboard c.1930

Very impressive Art Deco sideboard c.1930. Original pale grey marble top with shaped front edge. Over two drawers and a two door cupboard fitted with a single shelf inside (internal depth 18"), flanked with taller cupboard s to each side. Highly figured pale burr elm veneers laid in a symmetrical pattern across the front and sides. With a spectacular gilded brass mount at the centre of the doors featuring winged cherubs surrounded with scrolling foliage and holding palm fronts across which is a ring or crown of stars. The side doors featuring large Classical amphora. Original handles and polished brass trim below the drawers. Moulded plinth raised on brass feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
