Inlaid Display Cabinet c.1910

Elegant Edwardian display cabinet c.1910. Large glazed door with concave curved glass sides, fitted inside with three glass shelves (depth 13"), each adjustable to three alternative positions. Cherrywood veneers with a fine inlaid frieze of flower garlands around the top of the cabinet. Inlaid cornice topped with large turned and reeded finials. Further inlays to the four column shaped pilasters and as a repeated arch motif around the base of the cabinet. Raised on four turned front legs (with reeded detail echoing the finials) and square tapering and fluted rear legs. Mahogany lined interior. Some minor wear and repairs to the veneers. Otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
