Small Louis XV Style Marble Top Drawers c.1950

Smart little Louis XV style marble top chest of drawers or side table c.1950. Useful small size, just 27" wide. Particularly well figured marble top with a serpentine shaped front and curving sides with moulded edges. Over a chest of three small drawers. Shaped drawer front and sides with symmetrically arranged tulipwood veneers with inlaid satinwood crossbanding. Decorative brass mounts at the corners, laurel wreath handles and escutcheons. Shaped apron to the front with a brass mounts at the centre. Slim shaped legs with further brass mounts to the front feet. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
