Carved Oak Dumb Waiter c.1890

Late 19th.c. carved oak dumb waiter or buffet sideboard c.1890. Three shelves plus two drawers in the top. Note also the top lifts open to reveal a marble surface below (ideal for hot dishes), the lid being held open on folding shaped brackets to form a splashback. Carved and moulded edges to the shelves, carved acanthus leaf handles to the drawer fronts. Raised on sturdy twist turned columns front and rear. Deep moulded plinth with turned bun feet below. Oak drawer linings. With a repair to the marble, otherwise very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
