Pair of Small Painted Chests of Drawers

Striking looking pair of painted miniature chests of drawers. Sturdily built and just 26½” wide, ideal as bedsides perhaps or as lamp tables in a living room. Black painted tops with projecting and canted corners and a deep moulded edge. Over three drawers to each cabinet with stylish black and white harlequin diamond paintwork across the front and sides. Raised mouldings to the drawer fronts and sides, deep moulded plinths also with projecting corners, and with a shaped detail between the feet. Presented as found with some obvious wear to the paintwork, otherwise very good condition.
