Welsh Cupboard Dresser Base c.1820

Early 19th.c. oak Welsh dresser base Caernarfonshire c.1820. Three plank top with a plate groove along the back and an applied moulding to the edges at the front and sides. Over four working drawers (the two lower middle drawers being dummy drawer fronts) and a two drawer cupboard. Attractive ogee arch top door panels, inlaid mahogany escutcheons and later Georgian style brass handles. Moulded base trim and shaped bracket feet to the front. Deal panelled sides and rear. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied for both doors.
