Walnut Stick Barometer c.1880
Splendid late 19th.c. mercury stick barometer c.1880. Of superior quality in a fine walnut case with crisp carved detail. With adjustable markers for comparing the atmospheric pressure from one day to the next. Also featuring a thermometer in a separate display at the front. Named on the barometer observation panel for Lynch & Bateman of Manchester. Excellent working condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
