Small French Dressing Table c.1830

Unusual little early 19th.c. French mahogany dressing table c.1830. Useful slim dimensions, just 22½" wide. Original 14½" x 19" mirror plate within an ogee shaped frame in crossbanded mahogany. Angle adjustable on fine bobbin turned columns with pointed finials and threaded brass fittings. Well figured grey marble table top over a single drawer. Flame mahogany veneered base with tapering cabriole front legs with carved claw feet. Raised on a plinth veneered to match and with a concave front edge. Some wear and repair to the veneers and the mirror is a little clouded (could be replaced if preferred). Generally very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
